Happy Birthday Ruthie!

Dear Blog,
Well, as you can guess, Today is Ruthie's 3rd Birthday. She has gone from the terrible two's, to the terrific three's. She is the little darling of the family, (as in whenever she does something wrong, she just smiles, and we all forget about it). Man Oh man, that girl is cute! And such a little princess too. Speaking of that, Ruthie has three names:

Everyday- Ruthie
When we want her to do something-Princess
Ruthie has done a great number of things over the past three years. Some of them are good things-such as staying dry all night long(something none of the boys have mastered yet) and some, not so good-using up the ENTIRE BOTTLE of nail polish remover.( Speaking of that, mother you still owe me a bottle!) Anyway, I love her and I hope that she has a very, very happy birthday!

THE CAST PARTY WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE CAST PARTY WAS AWESOME!!!!!!! It was soooo much fun, seeing all of my friends that I hadnt seen since Drama Camp. We had food, played games, watched pictures of our week at Drama Camp, and they gave out prizes for the best helper, makeup artist, boy and girl actor and stuff like that. I won the prize for the best singer,(!!!!!!!) and my friend Whitney(yes, I have talked about her before) won for being the person who made camp fun for everyone. Or in my humble opinion, Entertaning for everyone. Her brother Taylor got runner up for being the best actor. The funny, (Actually Hilarious) thing was that is was for being the best Girl actor! Yeah, It was pretty funny. And it was'nt just the girls who did that.(I personally did not) It was some of the older boys! So anyway, Yeah, I got a big hershey bar and I am sure going to enjoy it. And all the while, I will be thinking over this year's Drama camp, and looking foreward to next years!! (Hmm........I wonder when I should start counting down the days for that!!)

I am super excited about tomorrow!!!!! I can't wait till the cast party!!! I am especially excited about seeing my friend Anne Loich. I know that I have probably blogged about her before, but just in case you have forgotten, here is the run down on her. She is 16 years old with short, curly, and not to mention absolutly beautiful hair. She has 5 sisters and 2 brothers. She is one of a Quint. (is that how you would say it? Oh well.) And she is Absolute Royalty. No, not really, but in the play that we did, she was the princess so now whenever I see her, I allways bow and say,"Your Highness" or "My lady" or "Oh great Ruler of Awesomeness" and stuff like that.=) She is really cool and fun and she is awesome to be around. I love her!!! So that is why I am really excited to see her. Over and Out!

Hello! Did you know that yesterday was Audrey Ann Sanders' Birthday? Well it was and I hope that it was a really good one too. I have been missing her a whole lot lately. I can't wait till she gets back. We will have to throw a party for her or something! When she comes back, two people are getting married: her friend, and her brother. Anyway I can't wait till she gets back! It will be quite a party! I hope that I can talk to her soon. Hmm......... maybe I should write her a letter today. Well to do that I will have to finish all of my chores and school. So I guess I will have to stop typing and start writing.

Eating out tonight!!!

Dear Blog,

Great news!!! Today, after piano lessons, I am going to go out to eat with my grandma and grandpa! Yay!!!! I think that we are going to Golden Carrol. I don't know if I spelled that right. Oh well, who cares I am going out to eat!!! They allways take me out for my birthday early because they allways are in Florida on my birthday or my party or in this case both. So yeah now I am super excited!!!! Can you tell?!?!

BTW, Lazer tag was awesome!!!!!! I had such a good time!! I even came in third place on the last game!!! Did you hear me? Third place, that means I even beat Jarrod Foley and Ashley Wente and they rule the game. They really rule it. So yeah I was pretty happy about that.(Take that Ashley! Love you!)

Thinking about Sin.

Today I was supposed to talk about a meaningful person in my Life, but I am going to write about something I am learning about, SIN. does that scare you? Well this book that I am reading says some very important things that I think is well worth noting.
Since I do not want to Plagiarize the man who wrote this book, I will simply quote him. His name is Wayne A Mack and the book is called,"A fight to the death, Taking aim at sin within".

He says as follows, "To succeed in obeying the biblical injunction to put sin to death in our lives, we must be especially wakeful during the seasons in our lives when we are most likely to experience extraordinary temptation. Often, a season of outward prosperity is a time of unusual temptation.......................(a little bit later on)......One of the wisest prayers ever prayed is found in Proverbs 30:7-9. On his knees before God, this man said,"Two things I asked of you, do not refuse me before I die............" What was he going to ask for? What would he ask the Lord for? First, he asked, "Keep deception and lies far from me........" In other words, he wanted the Lord to take away his deceitfulness and make him a man of conviction and truth. Second, he asked,"Give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with the food that is my portion, that I not be full and deny you and say,'Who is the Lord?' or that I not be in want and steal, and profane the name of my God." This man, knowing the depravity of his wicked heart, was fearful of becoming too wealthy. Winter Jam (in the spring, why do they do that?) Today!

Dear Blog,

Today is the day of Winter Jam!!! I am reeeeally excited!! And yes, Whitney is coming and,(might I ad) I think she is bringing a lot of candy!!! Well at least I hope so. Her older brother, Taylor is coming with us and he might not of let her take as much as she did at Indy explosion. Well I guess I will just have to wait until 1:30 to see. Or rather taste! It's going to be awesome!!!

In 4h this year I am taking several things, one of which is reading. I love reading and the project is really easy. All I have to do is this: when I read a book, I just write down the title and author and stuff and that's it! Well I might have to write a book report or something but it shouldn't be that hard. I mostly like to read adventure/mystery stuff like Nancy Drew or the Hardy Boys. Especially when they almost die and stuff. Which seems to happen every single time!!

So yeah. I need to go finish my school so I can get ready to go this afternoon!! See ya!

Dear Blog,

Well I just got the awful news yesterday that the Drama Camp Cast Party has to be rescudled to a different day. So now I have to wait even more to see all my friends from Drama Camp. This is bad!!!

So any way, I am going to this thing called Winter jam on Friday with some of my tottally amazing friends like Sueanne, Ashley, Katlyn and Maybe Whitney.(cause no party is a party without whitney!) Ashley and Sueanne might not be able to go because of their work scedule and blah blah blah.

Speaking of work, I HAVE A JOB!!!!!!!!!! I know, is'nt it just amazing??? I can now start saving some money for Drama camp next year, camp, vacation, and just have some plain old spending money. It is awesome!!!!!!

Well i'd better go finish the rest of my school before mom thinks I fell in the toilet or something.

I love you Grandma!!!

Dear Blog,
Today I am going to write(or I guess type) about someone very special to me, My Grandma Baker.
I know that every grandkid must try to say this about their grandma, but sorry every other grandkid on planet earth. Mine is the best.
Every year on our birthday, she will take us out to do something special. It could be something small like going shopping or going out to eat or spending te night.(which, btw, are not that small if the person is younger than 11, Just saying) Or it could be something really big like going to Ohio.(to my cousins, it would be the same as coming to Indiana with her) Either way it is allways fun just being with her. She allways tries to make the most out of the time that she gets to spend with us. She can't spend as much time as she would like to since she has to work and stuff but she allways makes time for us.
I love her so much and she is an increadible blessing in my life.

Drama camp is over =(

Dear Blog,

Let me tell you right now that drama camp was amazing!!!!! It was soooo much fun!!!!!!!! It was just as good as I thought it would be, and more!!!! I love acting!!!! Everyone said that I played my part really well. However, playing the part of a snobby brat, I don't think that I should take that as a complement. hmmm........

Anyway, now I just have to wait an entire week to see all my friends at the cast party.... A VERY LONG AND HORRIBLE WEEK THAT IS. *sigh* It's like waiting for Drama Camp all over again. (and trust me you don't want that) Now if you will excuse me, my mother has just come home.

INDY EXPLOSION TONIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Blog,

Tonight we are going to the Indy Explosion!!!!!!!!!! It is going to be awesome!!! We are going to watch an ice hockey game, go roller skating, bowling, hang out at an arcade where all the games are turned on, and this huge gym where we can play volleyball, basketball, even soccer all inside on gym!!!! All this in one totally crazy night!!

After all of that craziness, I will..............

go home,

get ready for dad's party at our house,

do whatever to get ready for Drama Camp on Monday,

Big News! (not really)

Dear Blog,

Hey, guess what?!? First off, The Indy Explosion is tomorrow night!!! It is going to be SO cool! Hannah and I are bringing 6 other friends. 1 is a senior, and 1 is a junior. The rest are all 7 and 8 graders!!!! WE ARE GOING TO DRIVE RHONDA INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We told her about how many people we were bringing, and she nearly died of fright!! It is going to be sooo cool!!!!!!

Other than that, Drama Camp is only 4 days away!!!!!!!! I have already picked out all my outfits for that week, and I might even be having a friend over!!!!!! Her name is Ann and she is 16 and super cool! We plan to stay up really late (but not to late) and watch movies like Courageous and Fireproof. (Those movies are so cool!!)

6 more days!!!!!!!!

Dear Blog,

THERE ARE ONLY 6 MORE DAYS TILL DRAMA CAMP!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is so close, I can feel it! I have a total of 18 lines, 8 of which I say alone and 5 of which have more than 3 words. It is not a big part, but that is okay, because I still get to go back in time with the other main characters!

By the way, I just found out that my family is hosting someone from the Drama camp team! So cool!

Teens Involved went well. Hannah and I are both able to go to regionals for everything that we did. I don't know if we are but I am just glad the the area ones went well.

Well, I need to look over my 18 lines again and make sure that I have all of them memorized!

Ahh!!!! At this time tomorrow I will be at Teens Involved! Oh boy!!

Guess what?!? Drama Camp is only 10 days away!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait for it to get here. this has been the longest month of my life! But in just 10 days I will be at Bible Baptist Church doing what I love best! And that includes singing, acting, hanging out with friends, and serving the Lord all at the same time!!! I (once again) can not wait!!!!!

My Daddy's Birthday is this Sunday and (don't tell anybody) I have a big surprise planned for him!! He will be 42 (but don't tell anybody that either). I wonder, what does he want to eat on his birthday? I guess I will find out on Sunday!

Piano today

Dear Blog,
Ahhhhhhh!!!!!! Teens Involved is in 2 days, and I don't have all of my stuff printed out yet!! Not to mention all of my papers written out yet either. Boy, I have a lot to do before tomorrow!
Today I have piano practise at my grandma's house. I really like going there, and the price for lessons is great!(duh, free!) My piano piece that I am playing for TI is "Spirit of the living God". To be honest it is kinda easy because it is a total of 4 lines and 3 of those lines are the same. But I like it just the same.
mom is probably wondering where I am so..............................

This Friday I am going to Teens Involved. I really hope that it goes well. If not, hey at least I will get a free Tshirt. Speaking of Tshirts, Hannah and I have so many matching ones, we plan to wear one every day of camp! Yea, we plan to really mess up our councilor and CIT. We are going to be like twins!(or as they say at camp, TWINS!TWINS!TWINS!TWINS!)

Only 2 weeks till Drama camp!!!! I CAN NOT WAIT!!!!! I am playing the role of Beth and have 18 lines. About 7 of them I say by myself. It is so cool because I get to go back in time!!! Well, me and 12 other people, but it is still really cool!

The Indy Explosion is coming up, and it is going to be awesome!! Hannah and I just recently went to a birthday party for one of our friends who is going, and we gave her a bunch of candy,(yes, her mother hates us now) and she is bringing some of it with her when we go there!

Choir tonight, Can't wait!

Dear Blog

Today is Tuesday, and that means, choir night! This time, instead of doing it at the church we usually practise at, we are doing it at Western School. Apparently there are some people there who would like to come and join our choir, but they can't come to us so we are coming to them!

By the way, Drama camp is only 20 days away! Ahhhh!!!!!!!!! I simply can not wait!

In a few weeks, (17 days to be exact) Hannah, Myself, and a few of our friends are going to something called THE INDY EXPLOSION!!! It is this thing where we leave around 7:00 pm and get back at around 8:00 am. We are going to a hockey game, playing games at an arcade, going roller skating, and going to this HUGE sports place where we can play volleyball, basketball, and all these other sports, all indoors! This thing is so huge, they even have an indoor soccer field! AHHH!!! I can't wait for that too!

Gotta go. My homework is calling. Fun fun fun.

25 Days till Drama camp!

Dear Blog,
Guess What?!? Only 25 days left till Drama camp! *sigh* I really can't wait for 25 days. It is taking sooooooooooooo long to get here! My friend in choir said that it would go by fast, but it isn't!
One of my favorite songs that we are singing in choir is a song called,"How can I keep from singing?" Here are some of the words:
"My life flows on in endless song, above Earth's lamentation. I hear the real though distant song that hails a new creation. Through all the tumult and the strife, I hear the music ringing. That hails an echo in my soul.... How can I keep from singing?"
Aren't those words beautiful? I sure think so, and I get to sing them every week! Fun, fun, fun! I love choir. It is so fun to not only sing, but sing with people just like me! And some of my friends from choir are in Drama camp with me!

I passed my TEST! =)

Ha! I remembered to do blog today! IdidIdidIdid! I am so Amazing!

Anyway, today is Saturday and that means only 4 weeks and 2 days till Drama Camp!!!!!! Yay!!!!! I am super excited about it this year! After all, who wouldn't be super excited about spending a whole week with some of their best friends? And what's even better is that I get a whole week off school! Now that's cool. Not that I am complaining about my teachers or anything.

Oh, by the way, I'm sure that you will be happy to hear that I passed my Final Exam in Geography! It is so cool!

Nothing much going on over here!

Dear Blog,

Tonight we are having a Kash Leadership meeting at our house, so you know what that means.......It's........ CLEANING TIME! It's time to pick up those toys! Wash that table! Clean that room! Wash those dishes! Sweep that floor! Do something with that sister! Yea, I ushally have to do a whole lot of cleaning before company comes, but lately I have been in charge of watching the little ones so that they don't get in the way of mom working. Not that I'me complaing or anything.=)

Tomorrow I am going to watch the kids while mom goes somewhere. I think. Maybe not. I ushally don't know mom is going somewhere until she leaves!=0 Dad is doing a funeral for somebody who died,(no way!) and Nathan has another basketball game. So I will probably be stuck at home. Again.

By the way, you know that whole "I'me going to write a ballet term a day" thing? Yea, that so did not work out quite as I planned. So I will not be writing a ballet term a day. At all .

Well gotta go. Mom is probably wondering where I am. I need to let her know that I did Not fall in the Toilet or something.

Yesterday was Awesome!

So I guess you are wondering how my script read through thingy went last night. It went great! We all had a lot of fun reading through the entire play and getting to say all the lines that we have been working on. I still have not met the person that I have to hug in the play yet, so I guess I will just have to wait till Drama Camp. It is in 33 days I think. I can't wait!

Dear Blog,
Oops! I guess I forget to update my blog yesterday so you missed out on all I did yesterday. So I guess I will just tell you today.
Yesterday we had a family over to maybe arrange babysitting times in March. That was around 4:00 so until then we were cleaning the house, but that wasn't the worst part. The worst part was WASHING THE DISHES, and there were a lot of them! It took me like half an hour to do them, and they still were not done! In fact, I think they are still sitting there right now.
Today I am going to a Drama camp read through thingy. I bet it will be lots of fun! I can't wait! Then after that I am going to choir practise with my friends Anne and Anna. Anna's mom is going to take us from the read through to choir, and then we are taking her home.
So that is what I am dong today. Better go finish my school before i go.

Thinking about America.

Dear Blog,

Well, I don't really have much planned for today other than Homework and chores. I have to write a paper in Grammar, read a chapter in my Health book, solve some equations in Algebra, and write some concepts about North America for Geography.

Speaking of Geography, Dad brought up an interesting point today.

We all know that Christopher Columbus discovered North America right? Well you probably also know that he never actually came to America. He actually landed in Puerto Rico. The man who actually came to America was Amerigo Vespuchi, and we get the word America from his name.

But, why did they name it after his first name and not his last? I mean we usually call things after people's last name. Not their first. So why did they do it differently? Did they just think that his first name was easier to pronounce? Or was there another reason? Hmmmm. Something to think about.

Choir tonight,maybe

Dear Blog,

I know, I know. I usually start my blogs off with "Hello everyone", but I have decided that since only like 2 people read my blog at all, I will just make it an online journal, so that is what this is.

Today I am supposed to go to choir, but what with how everyone is feeling, I don't know if I should go. I mean, I love choir and don't like to miss a practise but I dont want to spread this flu around. And I don't know if I will even be up to going. If they were to cancel it then all my problems would be over. I am going to check my email and see if they are right now. Hello everyone!
Today my sister Hannah and brother Nathan are going to piano at my grandma's house. After that Nathan is going to basktball. I am staying home ALL DAY. I dont even get to go outside! Well I guess I could if I got all my school and chores done, but that could take a while. I am tired. I don't know why.

I have decided to post one ballet term every day because I really like teaching and doing ballet. (and I have all these ballet books from the library so I have to do something with them!)
Today's ballet term is Pas de chat (Pah-de-sha), and means"Cat step".

Piano today

Hello everyone!

Today I will be going to piano practise with Esther to grandma's house. I have been playing the piano for about 3 years. I enjoy it very much.

Yesterday, I had a good time doing flute lessons with Stephanie Barker. Her daughter Gwen is so cute when she does ballet! We worked on all of our verses together, and I think I said about 3 verses last night!

Hello everyone!

Today my sister Hannah and I will be having flute leassons with our wonderful teacher Stephanie Barker. Right now we are in the middle of preparing our flute pieces for Teens Involved. My piece is For the Beauty of the Earth, and Hannah's is Crown Him with many Crowns. We will preform them in front of judges in March.

I had a good time at choir practise yesterday. We got through a whole bunch of songs, including songs in Japanese, Filipino, and African!

Choir tonight

Hello everyone!

Today I will go to choir and Hannah will go to off season volleyball practise. Sometimes, (Okay, a lot of times), I will want to go to volleyball instead of choir, but then I will go to choir and I will love it again.=)

I am in a play with the academy of arts, and it is awesome!!!!! I can't wait to act it out on stage! My character's name is Beth and she has 18 lines! I am going to stop blogging right now and go work on them!

Today I am going to see a basketball game that my friend Alex is going to play in! Yay! I hope he does well!

Tomorow I will be going to my third choir practice this year. I like choir alot. It is alot of fun to sing with a group. Singing alone can be scary, but in a group, if you mess up the person next to you helps you out.

Hello Everyone! How is Everyone doing this beautiful 16 degree, slight chance of flurrys day? My school is almost done so I am very happy.( And for anyone wondering, this blog is part of my schoolwork.) Tonight I might have flute practise, depending on whether or not Gwendolyn Barker is feeling well or not. Then I will be doing a small skit for church tonight. Speaking of which, I'd better go over it with Hannah before we do it tonight.
